SHASTA TAKES 1ST IN THE 400M AT YUBA'S LAST CHANCE MEET

Tayln Hanly was recorded the best time, coming in first place, for Shasta College in the Womens 400m event at Yuba College's Last Chance Meet, on Saturday, April 18, 2026. Talyn also offically became the Shasta College Women's 400 meter record holder with her record-breaking time of 57.18, shattering Emma Gaddy's prior record of 58.02. Talyn's hard work and dedication has shown as she has had a dominant freshman year as a Lady Knight at Shasta College and has achieved lifetime best in the 100 meters, 200 meters, 400 meters and 800 meter events during this season.
