Bio
Coach Hunter Johnson grew up in Manteca, Ca and Graduated from Sierra High School in 2015 where he was a three sport athlete. He attended Cal Maritime Academy on scholarship for one season and then transferred to Shasta College where he received his A.A. degree. Coach Johnson played one season at Shasta College helping the team win the conference championship and earning first team All-GVC selection. After one year at Shasta College, he attended Humboldt State University on a basketball scholarship.
While attending Shasta College, Coach Johnson met his now fiancé, Rylie Pinnell, who was also a student-athlete playing for the Lady Knights Soccer team. They now live in Redding with their two dogs, Moose and Daisy. They love spending time in nature and being surrounded by family and friends.
