Bio
Haley Rodebaugh began her tenure as Head Athletic Trainer at Shasta College in 2017. Haley leads the sports medicine team in providing comprehensive care for the college’s student-athletes. A certified athletic trainer (ATC), Haley brings a strong foundation of clinical expertise and a deep commitment to athlete health and performance.
Originally from Maui, Hawai‘i, Haley earned her bachelor’s degree in athletic training from Lindenwood University and went on to complete her master’s degree in Kinesiology at Humboldt State University. Her professional experience spans NCAA Division II, NAIA, and community college levels, giving her a well-rounded perspective on athletic healthcare across various levels of competition.
Haley is passionate about injury prevention, rehabilitation, and athlete education. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, taking full advantage of nature whenever possible.
